Реконструкция и обновление дома на голливудских холмах, в районе Лос-Анджелеса для молодой пары с ребенком, которые часто работают дома и их растущей коллекции произведений искусства. Архитектор Хйги Белцберг (Hagy Belzberg) в сотрудничестве с дизайнером интерьера Райаном Джексоном (Ryan Jackson) создали для них дом, в котором можно комфортную жизнь совмещать с работой. В западном крыле располагаются гостевые спальни с ванными комнатами. На верхнем этаже каждого крыла были созданы студии с рабочими местами - офис в одном крыле, а в другом художественная студия. Панорамные окна от пола до потолка обеспечивают колоритные виды Голливудских холмов. Небольшой домашний кинотеатр - это единственное закрытое пространство в доме. Владельцы, которые хотели создать мини-музей, получили для себя идеальный дом.

Rising Glen Residence Description :

What started out as a renovation, ultimately became a complete reconfiguration and expansion designed to meet the needs of a young couple with a child and a growing art collection, who often work from home.  Architect Hagy Belzberg, in collaboration with interior designer Ryan Jackson created for the couple a home that elegantly mixes work with play.   On either end of the original single story structure, which now holds the homes central living spaces, a glass two-story wing was added.  In the east wing, the master bedroom looks out onto the pool area and the lush hillside, while an adjacent room size closet looks out onto the enclosed garden.  The west wing holds the guest bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure privacy.  On the upper floor of each wing, private work-spaces have been created.  His office in one wing, and her art studio in the other, both featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for unframed views of the hillside.   A small home theater is really the only enclosed, cocooned place in the home.  The rest of the space has an open flow with a succession of windows that provide views into nearly every room.  This isn’t a house for everyone, but it is the perfect home for the owners who stated that they wanted to create a mini-museum
