Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea Hurley paid $24 million for the home in 2007, and spent millions renovating the space to their liking, before listing the home for $42 million in 2013. And according to Curbed, the price dropped to $39.9 million that same year, and was later relisted at $37.5 million after leaving the market for a short time. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse comes equipped with plenty of luxurious details, which finally attracted a buyer to the property.
